Bee pollen is flower pollen collected by the worker bees. Bee pollen is claimed to stimulate the immune system which helps athletic performance, hay fever. Do not take if pregnant. 
Bee pollen contains protein, vitamins and minerals and may help regulate the immune system and promote wound healing. Bee pollen has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antiviral properties. Do not consume if you are allergic to bees. 
 
Bee pollen is beneficial for you dogs much the same as it is for humans. 
 
Add bee pollen as a topping on cereals, yogurt, salads or in smoothies.
