Pure comb honey is a magical experience. Each cell is a unique flavour packet and the nectar often comes from the same plant spieces.The beeswax is edible and adds texture and flavour.  Each cell is a signature of a time and place the bees collected from reflecting the distinct odor and flavour of the terrain through which the bees forage~"the terroir." Eat as is or with pecans as a scooper. The beeswax is then chewed and swallowed without having a ball of wax gum left in your mouth.  Serve with cheese such as gorgonzola, blue,stilton, gouda, cheddar or swiss.
